This shows that you have previous administration experience and that you’re familiar with the type of tasks that will be given to you. For each previous job, feature three-five bullet points that outline your top responsibilities and achievements at each job.

Hiring managers tend to prefer candidates who have some business administration experience. This doesn’t mean you need experience as an office manager to apply, although that will help. Years of experience in an office environment or relevant certifications (e.g., project management, or specific software such as Microsoft Office) can say a lot about your credentials and work ethic.
